Bird’s GF Bakery started on one simple principal:  Design, produce, and supply the best gluten free products available anywhere.  We are dedicated to our motto:  If the kids don’t like it, we won’t sell it.

When we first started baking from existing gluten free recipes, we found the final product to be lacking in flavor and texture.  The kids wouldn’t eat it.  We started to formulate our own flour blends and add our special touches to the recipes.  After months of testing and baking, we found several blends that worked for our desired products.

At Bird’s GF, we are constantly expanding our product lines to better and more fully serve those who require and desire the healthy, gluten free option.
